We have Thanksgiving in October here in Canada, but growing up, we had the kids table, and the adults table. At the kids table, there were always all kinds of antics including food fights. Thanks for participating in the hop! :)

We had lots of pie and played family pictionary. It is a blast to see what answers we can make up for the different family categories.

My Thanksgiving was filled with reading and eating. It was a quiet one this year. Growing up it was loud and I hated it!

Hi Sarah–eating and reading, that is hard to argue! I’m glad you enjoyed it!

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving! We hosted my family and then went to the in-laws to visit. I then took my 14 year old Black Friday shopping with me! So much fun! :)
Glad you had a great day also, Stephanie! Thank you for the giveaway.

That is so great! I took my 8 year old Black Friday shopping–it is special doing something like that with the kiddos.

Time was spent with family having good food and conversation. And, of course, Thanksgiving Day football! :)

    Thanks for participating.

I had a great Thanksgiving. The coolest part was that I graduated to the adult table at 34. My neice who is twelve has been there for 3 years now. Even though being at the kids table means I’m the coolest auntie…its nice to not have my knees above my plate when i eat. Lol.

We had a really nice time…very low key. We just hung around the house playing games, taking a nap and such until we went to our friends’ for dinner. Hope you enjoyed yours!

Thanksgiving is my favorite holiday! I get to make a yummy meal (the roasted brussels sprouts with cream and bacon were a big hit this year!) and spend time with my family. Then there’s a whole day devoted to shopping! Hope everyone had as great a holiday as I did.

Wow, I’ve never been a brussels kind of girl, but I’m glad they were a hit! It’s always great to have something you make be eaten by those you love!
